You may have thought this webpage was short‑lived or that I had gone quiet, but I’ve come to realise that progress unfolds in God’s timing, not ours. We often want answers immediately, clarity, resolution, a glimpse of the outcome. Yet God uses these seasons to teach us patience and to draw us into deeper trust. I know I wouldn’t want to face uncertainty without my faith anchoring me.

A season of transformation, refers to a period of significant change, growth internally or externally and renewal, often involving challenges and adjustments that lead to positive outcomes. This concept can be applied to personal development, carer transitions, or relationship shifts.

Who Am I ? 

Communication is an integral part of our daily lives, encompassing verbal, non-ver, written, visual, listening, body language, facial expressions, signing, and picture. It shapes our world and has revolutionized how we communicate. There are over 7,000 languages spoken, alongside emails, texting, writing. However, the foundations remain the same: clear, concise, concrete, correct, coherent complete, and courteous. listening and empathy transform conversations.

Today I was in the car with my teenage daughter who embarks on her first lone trip this week abroad with college for seventeen days. She was reminded of a bible one bible verse amid conversation that has always resonated with her; "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid, do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go". Joshua ch1v9

When life feels like your climbing a mountain and the top is not in sight. Ever feel like that juggling every day life? Then that avalanche comes sweeping towards you. You wake up in the morning and not only are you a mum, a wife, a colleague, a daughter and friend but life's circumstances hit you! Before you know it you've reached burnout forcing you to take time out. This leads to the question, When do you take a moment for you?
